harbor.\u00a0 Lunenberg was founded in 1753 by German immigrants and is known for its lobster fishery and its colorful historic Old Town which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.<\/p>\n<figure from the 1700&#8217;s and 1800&#8217;s.\u00a0 There is no shortage of churches including\u00a0 St. John&#8217;s Anglican Church of Canada, founded along with the town in 1753, and built in the second
